INFAQ: Ramadan Red Meat Project 2018

We are just a few more days away from Ramadan. Today we will see the first shipment of fresh mutton and it will be immediately be cut to prepare for the deliveries next week. We hope to be able to get photos of the various process being done soon.

We would like to inform you that we will not be taking in orders for frozen beef anymore. Frozen beef is an easier option to cook for porridge and despite the high demand by mosques for it, we are not able to get enough sponsors to provide the amount requested. Hence from now on we will only focus on Mutton ( Fresh and Frozen ) as it has been a more popular choice by our sponsors.

Our Target:
Fresh or Frozen Mutton: 4300 kg

^ The quantities above are not yet finalised as we are working out with the various organisations to replace their beef to mutton for various days.

Amount raised so far:

Fresh or Frozen Mutton: 1102 kg
Frozen Beef: 394 kg ( Final Qty )

Currently we still require the following amount of meat (kg) to fulfil the requests that we have received from mosques and charity organisations in Singapore:

Fresh or Frozen Mutton: 3198 kg

All costs for administration & logistics - air flown, cutting and delivery to organisations are already included. For sponsors, you will receive reports of the meat distribution throughout and after Ramadan 2018.
