Berita baik untuk para Jemaah sekalian yang senantiasa menantikan program terkini di Masjid Kassim.
Masjid kassim insyaAllah akan menganjurkan sebuah lagi kursus terbaru ADIL sempena bulan Ramadan mulia yang bakal menjelang.
Kursus ini pula merupakan kursus ADIL ekskusif khas sepanjang bulan Ramadan, yang diberi nama, Jalan Menuju Taubat
Menerusi kursus ini, peserta akan mengenali kepentingan seseorang Hamba untuk kembali kepada Allah. Walau sekecil atau sebesar mana pun dosa itu, Allah itu tetap Maha Pengampun, dan Kasih Sayang, belas kasihan dan pengampunan Allah itu mengatasi dosa-dosa Hamba Nya.
Para peserta akan memberi penumpuan kepada penyelitian sifat manusia yang melakukan kesilapan, memperkenalkan akan konsep pergantungan kepada Allah dan kenali konsep dan maksud dosa.
Kursus ini juga akan memperkenalkan kepada para peserta aspek dan makna sebenar Taubat dan bagaimana seseorang boleh memulkan perjalanan kerohanian melalui jalan sebenar-benar menuju Taubat.

Muslimah Alive! Camp 2018
Beliawanis Muhammadiyah (BLW) has been organising Muslimah Alive! Camp (MAC) since year 2004 with different themes covered at each camp and were also featured in episode 2 of Lensa Ramadhan 2016! This year will be our 14th year!
Alhamdulillah, with all the supports from parents and past participants, sponsors and volunteers, we hope to constantly create an enjoyable experience for the girls this Ramadhan, insyaAllah! This year, BLW will be meeting our lovely girls from 26th - 28th May 2018 with the theme Respect.Through this camp, we hope to help the girls understand more about Respect in Islam and encourage them to practice it in their daily life, insyaAllah!

RAMADAN INFAQ PROJECT
We would like to inform you that we will not be taking in orders for frozen beef anymore. Frozen beef is an easier option to cook for porridge and despite the high demand by mosques for it, we are not able to get enough sponsors to provide the amount requested. Hence from now on we will only focus on mutton (fresh and frozen) as it has been a more popular choice by our sponsors.

^ The quantities above are not yet finalised as we are working out with the various organisations to replace their beef to mutton for various days.

Maintaining and cleaning up graves can be a tough job. Imagine visiting your love one's grave and realised that there are weeds growing and white cloth turning yellow because the last time you came to clean it up was many months ago. Let us help you perform this ardous task.

Hajj Badal
Hajj Badal is the term use for performing Hajj on behalf of others.
To do so one must meet the requirements for Hajj Badal.
1) This person must have passed away or is very sick (have no hope for surviving).
2) If best it must come from the wealth of the deceased that was left behind.
3) The family must have the financial means to do so after paying all the debts of the deceased.
4) The cost of Hajj Badal cannot be more than 1/3 the cost of an actual person going for Hajj.
5) The performer that performs this on behalf of the deceased must have gone for Hajj before.
What if all the wealth left behind was just enough to pay the debts he owed to others and nothing left behind? Then this is not compulsory for the family to perform Hajj Badal as it does not meet the requirement above. What if the family members still insists on doing so for them as they pool the money for this? May Allah swt reward them for this effort but please take note it is still not compulsory to do Hajj Badal for this deceased person because of the requirements not met. Do
not put burden onto yourself nor your family if you don't have the financial means. Allah knows best.
To sum up, Hajj Badal is only for one whom had wealth and was not able to perform the Hajj during his/her lifetime.
Hajj Badal 1439H / 2018 Package
Who will perform the Hajj Badal for you?
Islamicevents.sg is working with various agencies in Singapore and Malaysia to organise this activity. They will engage University Students from Medina/Mecca and also Hajj travellers to perform the Hajj Badal on your behalf.
Each package will be assigned and will be sponsoring one student from Medina or Mecca or hajj traveler for Hajj.

Why does it take so long for the items to arrive in Singapore?
Firstly, after the Hajj and the 3 tashrik days, the organisers will still be staying in Mecca for 30 days. Then they will take another 15-30 days to prepare the items above to be transported over to Singapore. Once it reached Singapore, we will prepare the certificates and have to sort the orders out before items are despatched to your home.
Insha Allah, once the items are ready to be delivered, you will be notified on the delivery date and time.

Who is Meqar?

MEQAR is a department under Mujahidin Mosque which focuses on Quran Education and training of Quran Teachers on the Qiraati methodology. They have trained more than 500 Quran teachers using the Qiraati methodology. In this collaboration, Meqar will advise Islamicevents.sg on suitable Quran Teachers that are ready to be matched.

How do we match you with the Quran Teacher?

- Location: We recognise that location plays an important role. We would not want to match a family and a teacher who lives on the other end of Singapore. We will match best by locating the Quran Teacher that is closest to you.
- Experience: Teaching children and teaching adults can be very different. Some of our Quran Teachers are well trained in handling children than adults and they prefer to teach children. Vice versa, you would want a Quran Teacher to be able to handle kids or children.
- Knowledge: You may prefer to have a more knowledgable Quran Teacher as you may only want to improve on Tajweed or embarking on Sanads. Some Quran Teachers can teach until a certain level. If you advance further, you may need to have another teacher to teach advance reading methodology.

Little Sahabah After School Program
Dear Busy Parents,
Are you looking for a center where your primary school child (7 years old to 14 years old) can be taken care of while you are busy at work after they are done with school (1.30pm to 7pm)?
Wish that your child reads the Quran daily and have someone to ensure that they perform their prayers?
Introducing the “Little Sahabah After School Program”
In this program, your child would be guided by a trained teacher with their homework and spelling tests, have daily Quran reading and memorisation sessions with a qualified Quran teacher. Furthermore they will be engaged under a program called Ghazali Project. They will also be taught and encouraged to perform the solat daily and fasts in
Ramadan.
What is the Ghazali Project?
