You will get to experience
Techniques/self healing methods
- Learn effective surah/ayah quran for everyday practice
- Other spiritual practices: How to improve prayer life, Meditation
RESET:
also known as reboot. It usually happened when you feel like your life has gone completely off track, you feel bogged down and you just can't move forward. You will experience the benefits of “SELF HEALING TECHNIQUES” as a way to wipe your slate clean, give up unhealthy habits for good faith, make way for a new direction and simply restart that area of your life. All at your own pace, own time.
RECHARGE:
Stress is a word we use so often, to mean over-work and over-activity in a particular domain of your life.
In this retreat, we'll be engaging in “PHYSICAL LEISURE ACTIVITIES”, both on land & water (Swimming, Massage, Hiking at Bintan Waterfall, Flying-fox, Mangrove boat ride into sunset & Eco-farming.)
Why? Because there is a chance that you are stress due to mental exhaustion and a sluggish routine that unconsciously drains your brain juices and energy. A hadith mentions, non-abandonment of your physical self-care and cleanliness will be helpful to attain high spiritual ranks. Believers in Islam must take care of their spiritual, emotional and physical health. Our bodies, the most complex of machines, are given to us by God as a trust. This trip aims to do your body a favour! Get your
heart pumping, release feel-good chemicals such as serotonin, endorphins and adrenaline in your brain and boost your mood!
RELAX, LISTEN & MOVE ALONG:
Ground your heart and appreciate nature while revelling in QASIDAHS and learn to dance with ZAFIN
TAKE A DIGITAL DETOX AND ABSORB THE BEAUTY OF NATURE:
The TWIN SHARING ROOM at the resort is a charmed isolation of the DE BINTAN VILLA. Although there is wifi provided, the scenic hills and wilderness within easy reach will leave you no time to be distracted by social media and digital interaction as you are in search of personal peace.
