”You will not attain true goodness until you give of what you love”(Ali Imran:92).
Infaq is understood as a term that is associated with donations, such as doing good in the name of Allah s.w.t. or for social affairs. This is a rewarding discipline in regards to income distribution, for the spiritual wellbeing of Muslims who practise Infaq.
One gives Infaq for the betterment of society, their family and to please Allah s.w.t. Infaq intends to cater to the needs which are not fulfilled through personal exchange and productive efforts. "And whatsoever you spend of anything in Allah’s cause, He will replace it" (Saba':39).
Allah s.w.t. commands this basic pious spending for His sake on all of human beings. Through Infaq, the redistribution of wealth contributes to the eradication of poverty in our communities. Infaq also provides numerous benefits and securities for the giver, as long as all conditions are met.

According to Islam, he is also liable to spend on the needy relatives especially parents provided he is solvent. Infaq on Ones guests in the form of hospitality and on needy neighbours is obligatory too.
