Synopsis

Our children in primary, secondary and post-secondary level-ages may already have high stress levels due to school and social pressure, plus their own changing bodies.

Add in Covid-19 uncertainties to the mixture  - and that’s a lot for young minds to handle!

As parents, how do we help our children to ensure that their mental wellness is in good health? 

This session hopes to guide parents on the basics of mental wellness and how we can empower ourselves to assist our children with certain strategies, and also on where to get help.
