Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

 

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. O Allah! I seek refuge in You from knowingly associating partners with You in any way, and I seek Your forgiveness for that which I do not know. Ameen.

In less than 2 weeks time the month of Ramadhan will end.  The end of this month leaves sorrow for most Muslims.  Because, the pleasure of worshipping in this month cannot be found in other months.

Therefore, let us reflect on what we have done thus far this Ramadhan as a reflection for the following months.

Will your Ibadah be maintained?

You are very diligent in worshipping in the month of Ramadhan, both obligatory and sunnah worship. But, will you maintain this act in the following months? Will you continue to perform the obligatory prayers on time despite your busy schedule?

Will you continue to hold on strong to your faith?

You  managed to act in accordance to Allah's s.w.t. dos and donts during the month of Ramadhan. Will you remain steadfast in your faith by carrying out his orders in the following months? Will you still not be tempted by the tempestuous immorality?

Will you be steadfast with your repent and stay away from the immoral acts?

In the month of Ramadhan, the devils are shackled so that you cannot commit immoral acts. However, in the months that followed, the demons roamed free. Are you still able to avoid immoral acts? Will you repent wholeheartedly by not repeating the immoral acts that you have done?

Will you continue to be kind to others?

You always give charity and do good to others in the month of Ramadhan. The reward for your deeds is multiplied in this month. However, will you continue to do good to others in the other months?

Will you continue to recite the Qur'an?

The reward of reciting the Qur'an is multiplied during the month of Ramadhan. As a result, you often finish your Al-Qur'an. Will you continue to read the Qur'an amidst your busy world in the following months? Are you going to devour it wholeheartedly?
