For every cent means saving a precious life.

Waqaf is a charity that will not empty our wealth, instead it preserves wealth and is a way to gain Allah's s.w.t. pleasure and forgiveness, because the value of its benefits is not only enjoyed in this world, but also picked up in the afterlife, that is the promise of Allah s.w.t. Waqaf is a special act of worship for Muslims, because the reward for this practice is not only reaped when the person who perform waqaf is still alive, but the rewards continue to flow even though the person has passed away.

The more people who take advantage of it, the more reward it will increase. Because waqaf does not only bring benefits to the person giving waqaf, but also the beneficiary of the waqaf. Because when we release assets as waqaf, then the reward of goodness and benefits will be born as the reward continues to flow. Waqaf has a special magic compared to alms and grants.

Firstly, for people who donate (wakif), the reward will continue to flow even though he has died. As the Prophet said, "When a human dies, all his deeds are cut off except for three (kinds), namely: charity (which continues to flow), useful knowledge, and righteous children who pray for him.

Secondly, the property donated remains intact and maintained, its continuity is guaranteed and cannot be lost or changed hands. Because in principle waqaf goods cannot be (sold, donated, or inherited) to other people because waqaf has a waqaf body that is structured from the center to the village area.

Thirdly, the miracle of waqaf in return is heaven as Allah mentions in His word, namely surah Ali-Imran verses 133-134.

And the last miracle is to be multiplied up to 700 times the reward of the person who makes endowments, so the person who makes endowments is happy. As Allah mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah Verse 261 "The parable (income issued by) those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is similar to a seed that grows seven grains, in each grain a hundred seeds grow."
