Emergency Appeal Earthquake Türkiye-Syria 2023
 

The earthquakes have claimed more than 43,500 lives with tens of thousands more injured in Turkiye. They have caused untold destruction to homes and infrastructure across the region. Homes and public infrastructure have been severely damaged, with many buildings having collapsed. Roads and telecommunication networks are also affected. They also come during the middle of a harsh winter, exacerbating needs and further impacting those affected. 

Below is a video showcasing Latakia, one of the provinces that was severely damaged by the earthquakes. Tens of thousands of Syrian families lost their loved ones and homes. Much support is urgently needed to help people overcome their pain and losses.

In support of UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, we aim to collect funds to provide relief to those whom are affected by the earthquake, especially in the refugee areas where help is limited.
