For every cent means saving a precious life

Rasulullah s.a.w said, “Alms is a real proof (faith). (HR. Muslim) 

Why is almsgiving referred to as a real proof of faith? This is because wealth are things that our souls love. Even infaq property, often coupled with jihad qital (war). This is because, only believers who want to give alms. He gives alms his wealth, especially with his soul 

It's hard for us to let go of our wealth, something that we earned from our hard work or through inheritance and etc. So when someone gives up the wealth in the way of Allah s.w.t., then this is evidence that shows his love for Allah s.w.t. 

We can see that the higher a person's faith, usually the more alms he gives. However, the frequency of giving alms and the amount that we give, it does not matter. Because, each of us has different opportunities depending on our financial ability and situation. 

Do you know alms does not always be in the form of money? You can also randomly buy for a disable a meal or giving your old but still looks good clothes to the needy or donating old textbooks to the less fortunate kids or buying educational toys for the orphanage or dropping by the old folks home to give out Hari Raya cookies or clothes. In fact there are many other ways that you can contribute as Alms or Sedekah. The most important thing is your intention and it must be accompanied by the concept of Ikhlas, the concept of giving because of Allah s.w.t. without hoping any rewards in return instead you feel utmost ease in the heart to be able to carry out this act.

For that, let's prove our faith together by doing good deeds, one of which is by giving alms.
