In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. O Allah! I seek refuge in You from knowingly associating partners with You in any way, and I seek Your forgiveness for that which I do not know. Ameen.
ISLAM CARES ABOUT
HEALTHCARE
Rasulullah s.a.w. said which means "Indeed you have a responsibility to fulfill the right to your body." (Hadith Narrated by Bukhari)
Exercising the right to the body means enjoying a level of body strength that is really good and safe in terms of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual optimally so as to be able to achieve the potential and life goals guided by religion. A strong
believer exhibits religious strength compared to a weak mukim.
The term "healthy" is a gift from God that should be thanked. This award must be maintained until the end of life but do not neglect it.
Islam puts health and well-being in the first place after belief (faith). If we have health problems, it means that all worship matters are also disrupted. The statement is based on the words of
the Prophet s.a.w. which means "Ask God for health and well-being because indeed there is nothing better than health after belief (faith)." (Hadith Narrated by Ibnu Majah)
The best method in health care is to provide preventive shields early. But when we are attacked by a disease, we also have to try to cure it even if it takes a long time. This means that prevention is better than cure. We are asked to treat when we are struck by illness without
taking the attitude of letting it go.
Never medicate with things forbidden by religion. Rasulullah s.a.w. has said which means "That God has sent down diseases and medicine and made for every disease there is a medicine, take medicine but do not take medicine with things that are haram." (Hadith Narrated by Abu Daud).
In our daily life, we are often served with various types of cuisine
and food to meet our physical needs. The purpose is to supply sufficient energy in doing daily activities. Eating too much food can be harmful to the body. Al-Quran explains the importance of moderation in eating and drinking as a guide for goodness. Allah said means: "Eat and drink and do not overindulge." (Surah al-Araf, verse 31)
A healthy mind is closely related to a healthy body. A healthy body is closely related to a balanced diet and
eating habits.
Playing sports is not an unfamiliar activity for those who care about health. By playing sports, physical strength can be increased and even in the Quran, Muslims are encouraged to prepare for physical and mental strength. In matters related to Rasulullah s.a.w. has said which means "Teach your children archery, swimming and horse riding." (The Tale of Thabrani)
So, let
us all be determined to be pious believers as well as healthy believers.

Surah al-Kahfi is a light that illuminates the path of guidance for whoever reads it, as
it stops Muslims from disobedience and sins, and guides them to the path of goodness and righteousness. And it may
be a real, tangible light, as it was reported from the Prophet s.a.w. that who recites Surah Kahfi on Friday, a light will shine for him from under his feet to the clouds of heaven that will shine with it on the Day of Resurrection.
Also, Surah Al-Kahfi protects its reader from the temptation of the Dajjal by
memorizing the first ten verses of it.
Surat Al Kahf talked about many incidents. The story of the people of the cave (As-haabul Kahf) is the most famous, hence the surah gets its name. The story of the man of the gardens, the story of Musa a.s. and Khidr, and the story of Dhul-Qarnayn “Just Leader”. The surah
also has many verses with benefits, instructions, and teachings for Muslims.
