Greetings to you and your family. Hope that everyone is well and safe.

We have gotten inquiries about recommendations to get the local Qurban meat cooked.

As there will be 15-18kg of meat to be received, it may not fit your fridge and you may not have a big enough pot to cook the meat.

We have been talking to a few restaurants but several turn us down as they will be closed during Hari Raya Haji ( Eiduladha ).

Only one has confirmed with us so far which is the The Landmark that they can operate their kitchen during Eid.

Please note that we are not able to cook at Masjid Petempatan Melayu Sembawang as there is no proper kitchen and it is not allowed by SFA ( Singapore Food Authorities ).

* Witness the Qurban at Masjid Petempatan Melayu Sembawang
on 29th June, 30th June or 1st July 2023.
* Choose from 4 Menu - Mutton Curry, Mutton Rendang, Mutton Masala or Mutton Rogan Rosh
* Each Menu includes Briyani rice for 50 pax.
* Cooked and delivered by our chefs in our Kitchens
* Packed in 4 tubs & get it delivered to your home ( One location only )

How does it work?

When you order through this system.
* You will immediately get an order no from this system and a second Qurban Order No within 1 working day starting with LQ-. Example LQ2111
* Witness the Qurban at Masjid Petempatan Melayu Sembawang ( See schedule below )
* Your mutton will be cut and sent to Landmark's kitchen via chiller truck based on the schedules.
* It will take about 3-4 hours to cooked the mutton.

The delivery schedules as follows.

Day 1 - 29th June 2023

1st group
11am - 1pm - Qurban ( for sohibul to witness )
1pm to 2pm - Delivery to Kitchen
2pm to 5pm - Cooking
Delivery to Homes - 6pm to 8pm ( Same day )

2nd group
5pm to 7pm - Qurban ( for sohibul to witness )
7pm to 9pm - Delivery to Kitchen ( to Freeze and cooking starts after subuh next day )
Next day ( 30th june 2023 ) - 8am to 11am - Cooking
Next day ( 30th june 2023 ) - 11am to 1pm - Delivery to Homes

Day 2 - 30th June 2023

3rd group
11am - 1pm - Qurban ( for sohibul to witness )
1pm to 2pm - Delivery to Kitchen
2pm to 5pm - Cooking
Delivery to Homes - 6pm to 8pm ( Same day )

4th group

Terms

* KhidmahSG Pte Ltd is a GST registered company marketing on behalf of The Landmark Pte Ltd ( Cooking & delivery ) and Aaliyah's Pte Ltd (Local Qurban)
* The meat will be mixed with other orders as the mutton are cooked in the same pot for that menu.
* Deliveries are subject to area and timings.
