FIDYAH 2024
The Obligation of Fasting
Fasting during ramadan is one of the pillar of Islam and it is wajib for every muslim to fast, as it mentioned in the hadith narrated by Ibn Umar r.a where the prophet peace be upon
him:
(The superstructure of) al-Islam is raised on five (pillars), testifying (the fact) that there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is His bondsman and messenger, and the establishment of prayer, payment of Zakat, Pilgrimage to the House (Ka'ba) and the fast of Ramadan. [sahih bukhari wa muslim]
Hence, for individuals who have missed their fast for a legitimate reason, they must qadha'; nevertheless, for those who have not done so for the past years, they must pay their fidyah.
For this year, we are offering Fidyah in 8 countries. See below for the packages for all 8 countries.
