QUR’AN FOR KIDS & TEENS by Nadi Furqan aims to develop your child’s potential in achieving proficient Qur’anic recitation.

Students will be taught the basics of recitation, recognizing the Arabic letters, knowing the reading signs and its proper sounds. Students will practice reading & writing, implementing basic Tajwid in their recitation.

By the end of the program, students will be well equipped to read the Qur’an precisely & effortlessly.

Students have the option to choose between group class or personal coaching (1-to-1) classes.

1-TO-1 CLASS
• Classes are based on appointment.
• Cusotmizable, flexible timing and duration.
• Online (via Zoom) or onsite (Tampines).

GROUP CLASS
• 1 hr 30 mins per session every week.
• Small & focused group (1 teacher to 3 students).
• 8 time slots to choose from across Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun.
• Onsite @ Tampines centre.

Reciting the Qur’an with the proper application of Tajwid rules is Fardh ‘Ain – obligated upon every Muslim. It is therefore necessary to find a capable teacher to guide and rectify our recitation.

Our 1-to-1 personal coaching class offers a customizable & flexible schedule that caters to working professionals, shift workers, super busy people (you name it!). Students can opt to have their lessons online (via Zoom) or attend physical class at our Tampines centre, or even alternate between the two.

Covering diverse levels from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels, our ARS-certified Asatizah will equip you with the necessary knowledge and drilling in your Qur’anic recitation journey – from not knowing any letters at all to reciting the Qur’an proficiently.

MAIN MODULES STRUCTURE

LEVEL I : FUNDAMENTALS OF RECITATION (BEGINNERS)
Crash course to get you started! Recognition of the Qur’anic letters, knowing basic reading signs, proper articulation of letters with its characteristics & selected Tajwid topics.

LEVEL II : TAJWID INTENSIVE (INTERMEDIATE)
Tajwid at your fingertips! Comprehensive study of the rulings you must know before reading the Qur’an. Nun & Mim Sakinah, Idgham, Madd etc.

LEVEL III : TAJWID ASSESSMENT (ADVANCED)
Test your knowledge! Refine your understanding such that that you are confident enough to identify and explain Tajwid rulings in the Qur’an.

FEES BREAKDOWN
• Once-off Registration Fee of $50
• Lesson Fee at a rate of $25 for 30 mins (recurring payment).

Students must purchase a minimum of 2 hours for the Lesson Fee. Once the hours have been used up, students are to make new payment (Lesson Fee) before booking the next class.

Note: Depending on the level you are assigned to, you may or may not need to purchase learning material(s).

1-TO-1 TALAQQI AL-QUR'AN

After studying Tajwid the next step is to put them into practice and present your Qur'an recitation to a teacher by means of Talaqqi Musyafahah i.e. learning directly from and in the presence of a qualified teacher “face-to-face”.

Through Talaqqi Musyafahah learners are engaging in the oral transmission of the Qur'an. Their recitation is checked rigorously against Tajwid standards and mistakes get corrected directly by the teacher. It ensures the accurate recitation and preservation of Al-Qur'an as it has been recited since the time of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

This Talaqqi program is for Riwayah Hafs 'an 'Asim Toriq Ash-Shatibiyyah. Suitable for those who have studied Tajwid.
