Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh
Have you ever wondered…
Are we loving our children by removing every struggle, or are we unknowingly weakening them?
Today, success looks like comfort.
We try to shield from pain, smooth every path, and give what we never had.
But the strongest women Allah raised did not grow in ease.
Fatimah bint Muhammad — the leader of the women of Jannah,
was not the daughter of a king wrapped in luxury.
She saw hunger.
She saw fear.
She saw battles fought for truth.
At Uhud, still young, she moved among the wounded
her hands soaked in blood, pressing them against the face of
Rasulullah
trying to stop the bleeding.
She carried water until her shoulders bruised
ground grain until her hands cracked
lived simply and loved Allah deeply.
She never asked for
ease.
She never complained.
And yet she was called Az-Zahra, the radiant one
because hardship polished her heart until it shone.
This may be the lesson we are missing today.
Strength is not born from ease.
Resilience is not built in silence.
Iman does not grow in comfort zones.
So what does this mean for us?
Maybe for those of us raising children today…
Strength isn’t in removing every hardship
But in giving them the faith and resilience
to walk through life with courage.
Maybe for any woman who is tired and trying…
Strength isn’t about
doing everything alone
It’s choosing sabr when the heart wants to break
and trusting Allah when nothing makes sense.
And for those of us navigating this fast, noisy world…
Real success isn’t luxury or applause
It’s a heart that stays close to Allah
even when everything around us pulls us away.
If Allah chose the hardest road
to build the strongest woman in Jannah…
What masterpiece is He building through your struggle today?
Breathe
Trust His process
You are being shaped for something sacred.
Wallahu a’lam.
