Completion of Infaq Dhuafa Orphans

We are please to update that this project is completed. We have received 104 contributions to sponsor the following items.

Infaq Dhuafa Orphans package includes:
- Al-Quran
- songkok
- t-shirt
- kain pelikat
- telekung

Distribution was done on 20th November 2018 during a Malwid session at Sragen, Solo Jawa Tengah.

For those who contributed, you will be receiving more photos.

Infaq Food Pouch for Rohingya Refugees ( Updates )

We received an update from Bro Nizar, founder of Free Food For All that the contribution for this project has reached its target. So we have closed the orders for this project since last week. Most of the Food Pouches have been packed and stored in a warehouse now in Brunei. In total there are more than 5,000 food pouches collectively ( 250 goats slaughtered ) - totalled from the Qurban and current campaign from both Qurban.sg, Infaq.sg and Free Food for All contributors.

However there is a situation now on the ground in Bangladesh as the authorities there are not allowing more aid to the refugees. Bro Nizar is currently sorting out the situation.

If there are still issues and we are not able to go around it, alternatively we might send these food pouches to Yemen where there is a shortage of food there in the warring regions.

We understand that the intention for this project was to go for the Rohingya Refugees however there are some things beyond our control and this might be an alternative solution.

More updates as we receive news from the men on the ground.

( Infaq23 ) Wakaf Housing Projects

Alhamdulillah, we have completed the 6th house, the 7th house is currently being build and expected to be completed January/February 2019. Due to issues on the ground, we have hold the building of 8th, 9th and 10 house as our team are ensuring that the houses are build properly and safe to live.

This project is closed for new orders.

Till date we have completed 157 solar panels since we started this project. This is an ongoing project.

Mission: To support mosques and muslim organisations to provide halal mutton for their events / majlis.

Throughout the year we've had multiple requests from various organisations for sponsorship of mutton, and often we have to reject them because we could only raise funds only during certain periods like Ramadan, or when we have Aqiqah Australia projects where we can bring in the mutton from Australia.

To make this effort more sustainable, and for us to be able to respond to these requests, we decided to run this project all year round.

This would also provide avenues for the community to continue supporting various events throughout the year. For Infaq Mutton (All Year Round), we will only raise funds for frozen mutton, as it is much easier to acquire and cheaper to purchase compared to fresh mutton.

Alhamdulillah, with your generous contributions so far we have collected 1013 kg, of which:

- 30kg was donated to Masjid Wak Tanjong
- 496kg in total was donated to Masjid Darul Makmur (for their monthly hot meal distribution)
- 100kg was donated to Masjid Ar-Rabitah
- 30kg was donated to Masjid Mydin
- 100kg was donated to Masjid Maarof
- 136kg was donated to Masjid Mujahidin
- most recently 60kg was donated to Masjid Al-Taqua

We have 64 kg of mutton available. If you are an event organiser for a non-profit organisation and would like to request for the meat, do write in to us at info@infaq.sg and we will do our best to help :)

There are many areas in Cambodia that require clean water to their homes. In this project we are aiming to assist 4,637 families from 3 communities in 25 villages to build them wells, water pump and filters to provide them with clean water.

A total of 583 wells are required to be built. We still have 152 more wells to go.
