Infaq Telekung 2019 ( New )
A gift is something that is enjoyed twice, double the happiness. First by the giver, who reveals and feel the sense of joy and pleasure of giving something special to a person who will enjoy receiving the gift. A very special form of giving takes the form of small, personal acts of kindness. The act of true giving is something wonderful and amazing. Our heart feels full when
we know we are able to help someone to give them a better life.
With most things in the world, there is only a limited amount of what you can give away. Fortunately, generosity and kindness are not bound to these same material limitations. Even Islam encourage us to share our wealth and happiness with others, how Allah loves those who give more;
عن عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ - وَهُوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَهُوَ يَذْكُرُ الصَّدَقَةَ وَالتَّعَفُّفَ عَنِ الْمَسْأَلَةِ - " الْيَدُ الْعُلْيَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الْيَدِ السُّفْلَى وَالْيَدُ الْعُلْيَا هِيَ الْمُنْفِقَةُ
وَالسُّفْلَى هِيَ السَّائِلَةُ " .
Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said from the mimbar when mentioning sadaqa and refraining from asking, "The upper hand is better than the lower hand. The upper hand is the one which expends, and the lower one is the one which asks."
