Yesterday, we gathered the speakers and MC for this event to align ourselves to finalised the topics to be discussed in the upcoming seminar, Clearing the Dust. From the left is Ustazah Zarina Begam, Bro Leeo, Bro Hamid ( the MC ), Bro Zaid Masagos and Bro Fadzuli ( Our Chief Khadam ).

In any discussion, the intention needs to be cleared and everybody has to be aligned. So during the discussion, it concluded to one thing, the future. 

Many of us get worried about the present because of all the issues from banking to housing to debts, etc etc. In truth, the obstacles and the interest based systems that we live in today is not simply overcome and there is no overnight solutions. 

Example. The credit card. Even if we tell you today that credit cards are evil, how many of us will really accept the fact and choose the alternative such as using cash, nets and debit card only and cut off that credit card. According to statistics in any workshop done by Zaid Masagos, only 30%-50% will change their ways. And those who change, actually see more barakah in their life. It's proven he says but it all boils down to you.  

The future. 

Could we really live a life free of Riba one day? 

Most of us will not be able to see this possibility anytime soon because of the current systems holding on to us. However can this change in the future? 

- Do we really need to live a life in credit?

- Is it possible to pay for our house or car in full cash?

- Is it possible to pay for our wedding or our children wedding without incurring any debts?

- Is it possible to pay for your children University education without getting into the debt trap? 

Back in the old days, 60s to 80s, our forefathers envision us to have better education and to better jobs and run our own businesses. 

Let's cast another vision for our next generation. To live a life full of Barakah, free from RIBA, free from debts. So that someday, the actions we take today and the values we pass on will be a reality. Insyallah.
