Ramadhan Kareem!! Alhamdulillah thanks to Allah s.w.t. for giving us the opportunity to meet with the beautiful month of Ramadhan again. It has become a norm among the society to start giving when it comes to Ramadhan. Be it in material or financial form, people will not hesitate to do it. All because Ramadhan is one of the bless month of Allah s.w.t. and also because of the rewards that has been promised.

Thus among the famous deeds that people will be doing is Infaq. We must always remember that not all people are open to receiving. We must also consider the recipient's feeling when giving. Although giving is a righteous activity, but caring for others feeling is also part of a righteous act. Thus it is important that we make our giving society friendly.

For example, when doing an Infaq, we should consider the status of the recipient. If he feels shy to be disclosed then the Infaq shall be done in secret. Thus, making the recipient more comfortable and at ease in receiving the Infaq.

In other cases, it can be made public in order to encourage others to be "rivals" in righteous activities.

There is no restriction to the kind of Infaq. Since Infaq is for the satisfaction of Allah s.w.t. through the wellbeing of society, it can be used to satisfy every legitimate need of society except promoting Polytheism or sinful activities. Thus, making Infaq inclusive.

Infaq can also be made for Non Muslim. Moreover, the Al-Quran did not specify Muslim as the only recipient. Thus again, it makes Infaq inclusive.

It is encourage that Infaq is given in a form which enable one to develop a source of income. It that sense, Infaq helps to develop the society and its economy.

There are many other ways that we can consider and think of to make our giving society friendly. While we are undergoing the Circuit Breaker probably we could take some time to think about it and share it with others!!
