Well for sure you can memorise the Quran and memorise the translations / tafsir? Definitely the way to go.

But what if we tell you that there is a better way to do so?

In the past and till today, scholars of Islam placed great emphasis on learning the Classical Arabic. Knowing the foundation and the roots of how the language is structured will definitely help one understand what we are reading and what Allah swt is conveying to us.

- Every time you read the Quran, you know what Allah swt is emphasising.
- Understand the simplest grammatical concepts to help make sense of the words of Allah.
- You will start to feel closer to our Creator as you can have a more intimate conversations with our Lord in our solat and tilawah.
- You can focus and appreciate the beautiful Quran Arabic language.
- You don't stray in Solat. Yes it helps you focus in Solat better as you will realise that you are talking to Allah swt and He is talking back to you while you read the verses.

About the Course

The course aims to familiarise students with the basic structures of Classical Arabic and to help the students in the basic comprehension of the language of the Qur'an. Emphasis is placed on reading and writing skills.

Prior knowledge of the Arabic writing and reading is essential. The approach adopted in teaching is grammar based and student will also be introduced to high frequency words in the Quran.

Let's Talk Arabic! (January intake) - An Arabic Conversation Course

How is this course different from above? Here you learn a communication skill whereas above you learn the classical arabic to understand the Quran better.

For these various reasons:

1) You can practise Arabic with your children. (For those sending your kids to the Arabic for Kids courses)

2) This is useful if you have to engage the Arab Communities.

3) Our past students, find it beneficial when they go for Umrah and Hajj. Mashallah.

There are many reasons to learn to speak in Arabic but what's more important is that you must enjoy and love the process which is emphasize by EEJAZ.
