All praises be to Allah swt, Lord of the Universe. Peace & Blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad (S), his family, his companions, to the teachers that are present and that have passed on.

Assalaamualaikum ,

We hope you are in the best of health and iman. Every time we head towards the end of the year, we always hear of disasters going on. From the Aceh disaster to now the floods in East of the Malaysian Peninsula. We have to be thankful to Allah swt as we are here in this little red dot island, always safe from natural disasters. At the same time these events also tells us of Allah swt's powers and his mercy towards us.

In every calamity there is hope. This time round disaster is really close to us unlike what we heard early this year in Syria and Palestine, let's put our hands together and make dua, solat hajat and more together for the brothers and sisters who are affected by these natural disasters.

Rabiul Awwal is here and it means that there will be many activities going on in the Masjids. From Mawlid to lectures and talks. Use the opportunity to gather and make dua for the people affected in the disasters.

So what's happening with us at Islamicevents.sg?

We received a few emails about the status of the Qurban. At the moment we are having some issues with the DVD. Insyallah we will do our best to rectify it as soon as possible. However we will start to despatch the certificates and pictures in the next few weeks. The DVDs will be posted separately. More updates soon.

We are moving Office!

A quick mention, as our lease (contract) is due to this end year, we will be moving our office to Ubi - Oxley Bizhub (5 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT) as of 1st January 2015. Most of our systems will not be updated with the new address. Allow us this transitiioning period to update it.

This will also effect all our other operations - Souq.sg, Islamicevents.TV and Web Services. Please bear with us for the whole transitioning period.

Thanks to all the participants for sacrificing their Christmas holiday to seek this beneficial knowledge.
