Solat for Adults – From Wudhu' to Salaam is an 8-week course discussing the importance of Solat, learning how to perform it and building the confidence and commitment to perform all five prayers daily and on time, with true sincerity and focus (khusyu').

Week 3 - Cleanliness in Solat
Week 4 - The Pre-Requisites of Solat
