Knowledge, the Driver for Success

Education can change a person's future.

With education,

the student from a single-parent household can build a better future for his or her family;

the undergraduate from a less privileged household is able to pursue his or her passion;

the child from a low-income family can be given access to a world of possibilities.

Your support for their educational needs can change their future.

The Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) established the Ready for School Fund in 2002 to ensure that students from low-income backgrounds are not held back in their education journey because of their financial challenges. It seeks to motivate and encourage these students to realise their academic aspirations despite their financial limitations. Since its inception, the Fund has disbursed some $3 million to help more than 13,000 such students.

During this benevolent month of Ramadan, AMP is collaborating with MediaCorp Radio RIA 89.7FM to run a telepoll campaign for the Fund, which will feature the Fund beneficiaries who will share stories of their adversities and how the Fund had assisted in their pursuit of higher education.
