LTC have been conducting Islamic Programmes in English for all age group since Year 2013, and the response from participants have been amazing Alhamdulillah (please read the "reviews" section in our FB page).
We conduct Islamic Programmes using books written by our Traditional Scholars, which is to ensure that participants have a strong Arabic literacy foundation as well as understand and memorize the foundations of Islam, so as to be an intellectual muslim who excel in Both worlds insyallah !
Thus, LTC would like to extend its invitation to everyone to participate in our 2016 Islamic Programmes which insyallah will benefit ourselves as adults and our beloved children in this world and the Hereafter.
Moving into the New Hijrah Year, we have to give to the best of our effort to migrate ourselves in being closer to Allah, and increase our spirituality towards Him, as we are nearing our death and The Final Day as each day passes by in our life. We pray to Allah to give us the patience & perseverance in seeking His Knowledge always insyallah.
We have prepared 4 programmes for you to choose from, ranging from ages 4 yrs old to 60 yrs old. They are :
1) 2016 Weekend Madrasah For Kids & Teens 7 TO 16 YRS OLD !!
2) A 3-Month (12 lessons) IQRA "Zero-To-Hero" Programme For Adults Male & Female !! (aged 18 & above) - For those who wish to start from ZERO knowledge
3) A 1-Year Basic Islamic Knowledge Programme (QTTF) For Adults (aged 18 & above) - For those who are already able to recognise Arabic letters when combined to form words.
4) LTC 2016 Kids Pre-School INTERACTIVE Islamic (Arabic+ IQRA & Quran Memorisation) Tuition Programme for Kids 4,5 & 6 Years Old !

Below will be the detailed description of the respective programmes. (Please scroll downwards for those who wish to know more about programmes 2 and 3).
1) 2016 Weekend Madrasah For Kids & Teens 7 TO 16 YRS OLD !! (Class will commence on 9th & 10th January 2016 respectively-Sat & Sun)

*All levels will be taught the same Islamic subjects as stated below and will progress as the year goes by*
Subjects to be taught in Semester 1 (Jan till June)
- IQRA session using the Al-Muqaddimah stylus sensor until kids are able to read The Holy Quran - (1.5 hours)
- Writing Arabic (1/2 hour )
- Tauhid & Akhlak : Knowing the Pillars of Iman, Pillars of Islam, 20 Attributes of Allah SWT & Adab (Etiquette) of carrying our our daily Activities (45 mins)
Subjects to be taught in Semester 2 onwards :
- IQRA 5 & 6 to improve on their speed of recitation and pronunciation (1.5 hours)
(Quranic Recitation with Tajwid input & tafsir-Juz Amma and then the students will progress to start from Surah Al-Baqarah till khatam the whole Al-Quranul Karim Insyallah with proper understanding of it will be taught in Year 2 Onwards)
- Intensive solat Theory & Practical lessons
(students to memorize ALL doa & requirements of Solat) - (45 mins)
- Arabic Language/Tauhid & Akhlak [Alternate Weeks] (1/2 hr)
**All classes will have 15 minutes snack breat & solat**
There will be tests for every 3 topics taught, Mid-Year Exams and Final-Year Exams..And books used for 3rd year onwards are all in arabic texts with english translation by its side..
This programme is to ensure that the kids have a strong Arabic literacy foundation as well as understand and memorize the foundations of Islam, so as to grow up to be an intellectual muslim who excel in Both worlds insyallah !
Days and timings for the sessions are as follows :
Kids 7 to 9 years old - Saturday (1pm to 4pm)
kids 10 to 12 years old -Saturday (1pm to 4pm)
Teens 13 to 16 years old -Saturday 9.30am to 12.30pm OR Saturday 1pm to 4pm
**Due to space constraints, we can’t afford to open extra classes for kids. Insyallah when its available we will update parents**
Fees structure for the Kids & Teens Weekend Madrasah Programme:
First Payment upon enrolment :
- $15 one-time registration fee
- $20 semestral (6 months) material fees
- $15 Al-Muqaddimah book
- $250 for 3 months[1 term] madrasah fees (per month only $85)
Total amount for first payment = $300

Due to High Volume of Requests, LTC is having a new intake of participants which will commence in January 2016 Insyallah!!
In this programme, participants will be taught from Alif Ba Ta, till they are able to read the Quran, in JUST 12 sessions !! *number of lessons stated above includes one complimentary session on writing Arabic*
System is proven alhamdulillah and in 2014 and early 2015 alone, more than 1000 adults have benefited from this course and has now move on to the Quran, Tajwid, Tafsir & Fiqh Module.
Participants will be taught using the Al-Muqaddimah book, authored by Ustaz Muhd Yunus Piperdy Al-Hafiz himself, with an option to purchase a very high tech stylus pen that greatly helps home revision !

Lighthouse Tuition Centre is offering a few new AWESOME 3 hours madrasah programme for ADULTS - A 1-year BASIC programme for all Muslim Adults who wish to equip themselves with the basic knowledge of Islam.

Participants will be taught the following subjects for this 1-year programme :
-Quranic Recitation of Juz Amma (Juz 30 of the Holy Quran) with our Asatizahs : to correct participant's pronunciations and reading
-Tafsir of each surah of Juz Amma : To understand Allah's message to reciters in order to increase fear towards Allah yet hoping for forgiveness from Allah swt.
-Etiquette of Reciters of The Holy Quran
-Laws & rulings of Tajwid to beautify your Quranic recitation
-Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) following the School of Thought of Imam Asy-Syafié : Learning the laws & rulings of Islam ie. Solat, zakat, fasting, hajj, umrah etc, in order to perform it correctly and hoping for Allah's acceptance of our actions, at the same time maintaining a highly spiritual contact with our Creator Allah SWT.

- Mondays 7.30 to 10.30pm (1st lesson on 4th January 2016)
- Wednesdays 7.30 to 10.30pm (1st lesson on 6th January 2016)

Class is open to both male & female participants. Please choose ONLY ONE session from the above timings.
Shift workers may come on other sessions in the week if they have to work on their fixed session day .. Our Flexible option is what makes our participants ENJOY attending our programmes !!
Fees for the QTTF Programme:
- One-time $30 reg fees
- Minimal Modular fees of ONLY $10/ hour (monthly fees of $120 for 4 sessions of 3 hours each

- $30 per semester (6 months) Material fees
1st payment : $420

Dear Parents !! Definitely this is the programme you have been waiting for !
LTC is now introducing a NEW Interactive Tuition Programme for Pre-Schoolers aged 4 to 6, focusing on Islamic Subjects (Arabic + IQRA), as well as short surahs Quran Memorisation for the kids !
Kids of ages 4 to 6 will be in the same class (flexible option for siblings), and The Greatest News is that the teacher-student ratio is ONLY 1:7, which means that Only 1 teacher to 7 students in a class ! Teacher will be able to have more focus and attention on each student.
This is how the subjects will be taught to the kids:
For Arabic subject, teacher will teach the kids memorisation of Nouns and verbs through interactive methods such as(puzzles/games/videos/flashcards). Teacher will guide the students to reading & writing Arabic as well.
For IQRA programme, teacher will teach the students to recognise Quranic letters individually and when they are combined to form words, using our own Al-Muqaddimah Stylus Sensor Upin & Ipin Version, authored by Ustaz Muhammad Yunus Piperdy himself !
For Quran Memorisation programme, teacher will teach and guide students to memorise short surahs/verses of the Holy Quran, through interactive stories from the Quran and also puzzles.
Details of programme :
*****All lessons will begin on 4th January 2016 onwards*****
- Frequency of session is TWICE A WEEK per child for 1.5 hours per session.
Available everyday (Mondays to Saturdays) with 4 sessions to choose from :
- 1st session : 9am to 10.30am
- 2nd session : 10.30am to 12pm
- 3rd session : 1pm to 2.30pm
- 4th session : 2.30 to 4pm
Breakdown of Fees per child :
- one-time registration fee of $15
- Material fee of $15 per term of 3 months
- Monthly tuition fee of $100 for 8 sessions
(includes PH and 2 weeks school holidays of June and December)
LTC will collect the tuition fees on a termly basis and each term is 3 months.
