Khidmah: Muslim Grave Cleaners

We were pleased when we were approached to collaborate on this project. Furthermore the one that approach us are a young group of Muslim youths who sees this problem when they visited their family graves and wish to provide the solutions. 

We are so used to working in the office and never we have thought about sunning under the hot sun to perform such arduous tasks. Yes seeing youths taking such initiative are signs that there is hope that are people who will also ensure that this tasks are being replaced by young people because if you have ever stepped into pusara aman or abadi, the grave cleaners are usually above 50 years and above. In time we will also need new blood to manage this tasks.

Maintaining and cleaning up graves can be a tough job. Imagine visiting your love one's grave and realised that there are weeds growing and white cloth turning yellow because the last time you came to clean it up was many months ago. Let us help you perform this ardous task. Packages:

Package 1: One Off Clean Up
- Thorough cleaning of grave perimeters
- Removing weeds
- Change of cloth for Tomb Stone
- Landscape maintainence
Fees: $100

Package 2: Half Yearly (2 times per year)
- Thorough cleaning of grave perimeters
- Removing weeds
- Change of cloth for Tomb Stone every 6 months
- Plant watering
- Landscape maintainence
Fees: $180 ($90 each session. Save $20)

Package 3: Quarterly (4 times per year)
- Thorough cleaning of grave perimeters
- Removing weeds
- Change of cloth for Tomb Stone every 3 months
- Plant watering
- Landscape maintainence
Fees: $340 ($85 each session. Save $60)

Package 4: Monthly
- Thorough cleaning of grave perimeters
- Removing weeds
- Change of cloth for Tomb Stone once every month
- Plant watering ( 2 to 3 times per week)
- Landscape maintainence
Fees: $900 ($75 each session. Save $300)

*How does this work? 

- Upon registration and payment made, our staff will coordinate with the operations side to schedule the nearest cleaning date according to our manpower and resources available.
- As a client, you will be informed of the cleaning date.
- Before and after photos will be taken during the cleaning date and the photos will be emailed / whatsapp within 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the volume of cleaning to be done. This will done for each cleaning phase regardless of any package that you take.
