Assalammualaikum wr wb, In preparation for Ramadan and Syawal, we have limited stocks for Ajwa dates and pre-orders for Heiraz Bakery kueh tarts. A little sharing on Heiraz Bakery kueh tarts. 2 Ramadans ago, we collaborated with Mdm Roszilah, owner of Heiraz to promote their kueh tarts. Amazingly 200 or more bottles was sold and we have had clients asking for it since then. Last year, Heiraz owner, Mdm Roszilah mum fell sick and she had a hard time going to and fro to hospital and she could only bake for personal clients then. At the same time, she had to closed down her baking centres in Sembawang. Alhamdulillah, this year Mdm Roszilah is making a comeback and with a new bakery at WIS @ Changi Road, she is able to bake for public again. Pre-Orders for Heiraz Kueh Tart is now open.
