The first time we ran this workshop, it was only a 4 hour workshop and receiving feedback, the participants love the program and wanted it to be longer.
So this round it will be a 10 hour long workshop and we will have Bro Khair again to speak together with his wife, Sis Suriati who will be in place of Ustazah Shameem. Both are well know consultants in areas of marriage and family.

This program will be split between 2 groups. The Husbands Group and the Wives Group. Each will be located at different buildings, but in the same Oxley Bizhub premises.
* Please take note that there may be sensitive issues brought out in the workshops hence be prepared to bring lots of tissues.

Mohamed Khair bin Mohamed Noor is the Executive Chairman and Principal Consultant of SuChi Success Initiatives Pte Ltd. He trains and consults in the Public, Private and Non-Government Sectors covering the field of Organisational Learning, Organizational Development, Change Management, Leadership and Management Development, Total Quality Management, Project Management, Creativity and Innovation, Innovation and Enterprise, Entrepreneurship Development, Networking Skills and Good Governance.
Mohd Khair is also a well sought-after consultant in the areas of Family and Youth Development, Marriage Preparation and Enrichment, and Sexuality Education. He has been a counsellor for many many years. As an expert in relationships, he has seen many marriages broke down due to conflicts and at the same time, he has also helped resolved and saved those couples in trouble. Mr Khair will be sharing with the husbands on issues pertaining to communication with the wives.

Suriati is a trained counsellor with a Master of Science in Counselling from the University of South Australia. She has been playing a leading role in the Malay/Muslim social work scene since 1989, when she first joined the public sector. Her recent key appointment was as a Manager, Family Programme Development of the Family Policy Unit with the Ministry of Community Development Youths and Sports (MCYS). She was instrumental behind the highly rated television programme called Hanyut where it
won the most popular infor-ed docu-drama series in the prestigious Pesta Perdana in 2005. Suriati is a qualified trainer in marriage preparatory courses and has been training thousands of marrying couples since 2001. She was the co-designer, co-developer and principal trainer for the new marriage preparatory course entitled Kasih Sejati (Eternal Love), approved by the Registrar of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) and launched in April 2006.
