Alhamdulillah. 2 weeks back we ask that you Doa with us for the safety of Sister Zainab. She's now back home now rehabilitating from her operations and has already resume work updating the events and classes and also as a Virtual Guidance Counseller.

We thank you for the prayers.

Recently we have received a strings of complaints about the delivery of the books that some of our ordereed. We really apologize for the problems as we are actually having problems with our despatchers.

Hence to manage your expectations and not to tire out our despatchers.

We will be implementing the following.

>> Deliveries will be made only from Wednesday to Sunday evenings.
>> Orders received will be processed and delivered within 14 days or for some cases in 30-40 days time period.

Reason for the time length: Most of the products are imported from Saudi Arabia or our neigbouring countries. Once out of stock, it takes a period of 20-30 days to arrive. Hence the processing time to pass on to our despatchers takes 1-2 days. In total your orders may take 30-40 days to arrive to your destination.

And for urgent deliveries ( if stock is available ) or timings not mentioned above - Additional delivery fee will be added from the existing one.

We seek your understanding in this matter.

We are currently running a Beta version of this SMS Prayer Time service and we need around 500 - 1000 participants to test it out for the next 30 days.

Like most systems, at smaller scales it tend to work very well however when the capacity increases that is where issues arrises such as SMS not arriving during the proposed time and so on will appear.
